The first and most important step in the process, the walk-through. This is where we come out and talk with you and understand what you need. We take detailed notes and pictures through this walk through as well as point out potential problems that we may run into while doing your project. 

This step is the expectation framework and sets the tone for the rest of the remodel process. 

After the walk-through, a detailed estimate will be created. It will outline the full scope of work, included pictures with captions, and all the warranty information. Along with the estimated price will included a QR code link to our lending partners so you can customize your own payment!

Once the estimate has been approved the next step in the remodel process is the permit application. This step is not always necessary on remodel jobs, but more often than not it is. Normally permits can be obtained and inspections completed within a week.

Construction day 1! Here is where your dream starts! All construction areas will be lined in cardboard and plastic draped to protect your home.

Finished! All construction will be done by licensed and insured contractors. Every item will be approved by you and our quality inspection team to make sure everything is top-notch! At the end of each day our crew will vacuum and clean up the project area to look as presentable as possible.
